Our nonprofit arm, Children's Center Charities, is the organization under which we apply for grants in order to run several different programs that are unique to the Children's Center:

Parent support group
Hispanic support group
Childcare at no charge during support groups
Parent Education and advocacy
Social Skills- soon to be expanded to include an adolescent group

Jen facilitates the groups and also coordinates speakers and educational presentations. She is a social worker by training and also a skilled grant

writer!

Our parent support group meets from

9:15-10:30A.M and from 11-12 P.M.

The Parent Education and Support Group offers a variety of guest speakers, emotional support from other parents who "know what you are going through, and resource and referral. We offer free childcare and breakfast to participants.

Nonprofit Updates

The Children's Center has a nonprofit arm called Our Kids, a 501 (c) 3 that provides additional charity services to children with special needs and their familes. We have support groups for parents and children, run classes to build children's skills, and offer resource and referral.

We are always looking to fill service gaps in our community.
